आले लसुण पेस्ट - ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
हळद - termeric 1/2 tbsp
मीठ चवीप्रमाणे - salt to taste
किसलेले सुके खोबरे - coconut 2 tbsp
लसूण पाकळ्या - garlic cloves 8/10
आले - ginger 1/2 inch
दालचिनी - cinnemon stick 1
तमालपत्र - bay leaves 2
काळी मिरी - black pepper 4/5
लवंग - cloves 4/5
हिरवी वेलची - green cardamom 2
तेल - oil 2 tbsp
कोथिंबीर - coriander leaves.
