Potentially, could be. It's microwave radiation that goes through your food, right? Second thing: using microwave is not cooking! It's just... warming stuff.I used it when I was 7 and I was home alone, both parents at work and it was only way for me to get warm food. Anyone older than 15 years should learn basic cooking and use microwave as little as possible. That's my opinion!
u always make things so simple, have learnt most of my cooking from ur videos. thanks chef & God bless you!

chef Saab ... agar bhindi me thoda Pisa hua singdana diloge to aur swad ayega
Mention the quantity of ingredients atleast
Recipes available below the videos. Thanks.
I don't subscribe to cooking channels that do not indicate measurements
Because i find it more easier to cook ...:Anything wrong in it?
Hi Chef, thought i ll make this but when i went to print recipe is showing bhindi with besan pls rectify tks.
some people add a lil besan for kind of thickening ...I think you can skip it if you dont like it
I had made a mistake by saying interested it is not interested to ask others
I was cooking for 6 ppl..
i used frozen okra even though i put it in sim for 1 and half hour...the stickiness did not got away
In the end i gave up :s
Make sure Okra is completely dry (wipe with cloth) then cook it .then it will not be sticky
