18 total already?? You're smashing this! You already know where to target each species. 🎣 I went to Weymouth for the day on Friday. Arrived 0730 and fished most of the day pier and harbour. Although I blanked I did have a superb day out around the harbour. Double tides foxed me a bit and there was hardly any water in the harbour after 0930 till I left at 1630. I thoroughly enjoyed a great day out - also trying out a lot of new gear. The fact that I caught my first pike (60cm) on Thursday meant I wasn't fussed catching. 😁👍🐟
Thanks 😊. I'm taking my time this year and trying to drag it out a bit haha. Wad on 30 by this point last year. Good to hear you've been out. There's more to fishing than just the fish. But the pike was a nice bonus. Keep at it
Another enjoyable report. Flounder are a favourite having caught a few at St Mawes on holiday. Just bouncing a jig head on the bottom and watching them appear from ‘nowhere’.
Thanks David. They're great little catches aren't they. I caught a nice large one in this video there. th-cam.com/video/z4Ks-GKS6KE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=wCJ0tWwtwFShy9Sm
I'm not the only one. There are many more like me. This year I'll be adding all species to this playlist and aiming for 50. Maybe 60 like the last two years. Be sure to subscribe to see them all
I am new to LRF, although i used to do this sort of fishing back in the 60's. Quick Question if i may. Can you use Quick Link swivels for attaching your fluro leader when LRFing? Keep up the great vids.
Thank you. I don't use swivels as I feel it's just more to leave on the seabed if you snap off. But each to their own. An Albreit knot does the trick. Many more videos to come so don't forget to Subscribe

Where is the first location
Somewhere I haven't and never will name on social media. Sorry. I'm sure others will tell you if you asked though 😁
Music is a bit overpowering
There's volume control and subtitles for those who don't like the music. Thanks for watching
