That's a fair grade. Detail work was needed. As another comment said, he should consider spending a little more time on each cut- instead of 30 min apts, do 45min/1hr appts- until he gets his skill up to the point where he can do a damn near perfect cut in 30 mins. Much respect to him tho, he is good, just has to improve!
