17:20 and 20:37 The skill Thunderbolt Strike has a 2nd activation. On the second activation, it sends out thunderclouds and ends the thunderbolt strikes. If you use the Mana Echo after the 1st activation of Thunderbolt strikes, it sends out the gold/brown lightnings too, then when you press the 2nd activation, it sends both the silver clouds and the brown clouds from both the skill and the copy skill. The copy skill is an interesting skill ( in a good way).
Some things to note on using Mana Echo is that is uses mana when the skill being copied uses mana (including 2nd activations). The copy skill does not copy the 2nd charge of skills having multiple charges. It only copies the 2nd activations of skills with 2nd activations (e.g., thunderbolt strike and tele). It does not affect the Wizard buff skill and ulti. What r ur thoughts?
Yep! It works for his teleport skill as you have shown in the video :D Coz it's additional teleport is considered a 2nd stage of activation and not as an additional charge. Another example: Earth's Calling, wizard's engage skill; it has 2 charges and each charge has 2nd activation (the additional lightning attack). Mana Echo can copy the 2nd activation but cannot have 2 charges.
