the sheer amount of little character moments like this are part of what makes this series so special-- all the variables, unseen timers etc that give you unique events. it's just so damn cool also seeing jubjub being sweet like this is a strange sight to see, but really heartwarming at the same time. i always felt kinda bad for the little egg baby, it's nice to see her being met with such kindness!
It feels like there's always something new to learn about this game, there's so many hidden secrets and easter eggs. Thanks for all the videos mate, really appreciate it.
Funny enough, it was this event specifically that made me realize who was causing all the problems. At first I was thinking that I needed to complete their questlines before the time ran out, but I wasn't having any luck as I kept starting new cycles. I was figuring out how to reach late game areas early, such as this one, and this interaction is how I made the connection that it was Jubjub. Why? Because I previously found humpty smashed so I was expecting something bad to have happened now that she was hatched, but instead found her spared by the culprit.
Ooooh I didn't know this event exists so that's interesting to see this side of her we normally wouldn't see God I want to see more of her in BS3 but knowing how this game goes.... one can only hope
agreed SPOILERS . . . . ... . . . . . . .. but her death along with Node and maybe Prickett are left ambiguous so we don't know their fates. I also get the feeling you like Jubjub for more than the 'jugs'
After Dead Red Hood (currently its almost finished but they haven’t said anything after September 2023 and someone had COVID) it will be the story about the demonic princesses in the first game and after that it will be BS lll
Speaking of progress 10 event: what are the clues that tips you off who is causing issues? I figured that myself by seeing how the npcs fall to their vices due to madness (mock turtles insecurity, bill getting eaten by serpent god, shisha overdosing, duchess who probably ate herself, wolris eating the bratty clam in gluttony etc.) and connecting it to the madness boss. Anything else that can tip you off? Like is there some admission of guilt if you tangle with the perpetrator.
Yeah they pretty much admit it if you speak with them. Some blood messages point you in the general direction. A particular event before you get there can also happen very early on in the game also gives a small hint. The general methodology of killing, like you mentioned, is a great way to narrow it down. Also who remains amongst your covenants narrows it down further.
@@justrandomboyakabacon3790 ...I didnt pay a lot of attention when playing the game, I was lost af I couldnt get into OxFord because I never found the right door combination to the boss in mental ward.
WAIT WHAT? I didn't know about this event, i thought I watched every secret in BS2, including DLCs. how did you triggered this? just curious, not that I hope anything considering how depressing the game is, but, is there a way to save every (or almost everyone) NPC without "despawning" or "imprisoning" jub-jub? 'been searching every possibility but nothing oof
You trigger this by getting to humpty dumpty first, giving them enough souls to birth golden chick, and then coming back after setting off prog 10 event that kills all your covenants. No, you have to do something about jub jub as she is the source of the madness that kills them. I have other minor/major events at 0 sen I'm going to post that are easily missable, as well as translating the jumbled text characters speak in. However, my video drivers crapped themselves and wont even let me use obs to record.
Go to the clocktower as fast as you can. Every time you kill a boss/get an event you progress. I'd reccomend going through the mental hospital then going immediately to oxward via upper lutwidge.

@@SlayerNerin I thought that was the Korean translation. though they did say "Attempted to add English translation." so I'm uncertain. Man, and I thought they'd really go so far as to have Jubjub killing the little chick. And yet Grimm/you can choose to do things to her.
