Kaju katli | Delicious SIMPLE and quick Diwali Sweet

Indian snacks and sweet screams COMPLICATED.. But I assure you that we have so many recipes we can make in a jiffy, this is one such. This yummy sweet can be made in flat 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
Cashew nut - 250 grams
Milk powder - 3 heaped tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Water- 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder - pinch (you may also use rose water)
Ghee - 1 tbsp + a little more while rolling out the kaju katli
*ALLOW THE KAJU KATLI TO SET. ONCE IT SETS YOU'LL GET AN AMAZZZING TEXTURE
