How much current i will get in 24 volt if i connect 12 vol 16 amp power supply?? And can i power audio amplifier with this module?
I think These modules working on short time period power supplies. Continue power supply for long time from these modules, ic will heat up and damaged. This modules working well on 7-8 amp.
after it used for a few hours the fuse burned and couldn't replace (burned again). How to repair and what part to be replaced? Please.
Same problem happen with me when i used on high ampere

Check mosfet if mosfet fail then try replacing it with higher amp mosfet if output same as input then probably you pwm ic damaged and also check input voltage regulator output is good or not if not replace this will fix your boost converter

@@sharif1198 I feel sorry for those who use 60v.
I removed the screws of the heatsinks and put insulation tape below them, looks like this solved the problem of conductivity.

@@sharif1198 This don't make sense, something more must be damaged too, not only the fuse.
My problem with that board is that I can't adjust the current. The output is always close to 20A, what is above the 15A that is described being the limit.
Please test for 400Watts output and check its efficiency, you are only testing it with tiny loads which is NOT a proper test ! ! ! (Very little knowledge about Electronics).

@@sharif1198 Take both the small heat sinks out and replace them with much larger ones. After that you can fully load the Booster. The mosfet (NCE8580), the diode (20100CT) and the inductor ..all of them can handle more than 50Amps.... 400Watts is easily possible.
