Nithin is god, what a amazing guy. I met him before zerodha on a cycling trip, I was 25, he was 32, he was so clear about what is he going to do. Also he was the first one to reach goal + extra milestone + back when we were barely able to meet the target. He also played guitaar for us on river side got beer for us. Man ! I've been a fan since 2010 and following his journey on fb. Love him!

A person with this health routine Omega-3, Zn, Mg, Workouts - he is clinically "fit". So what could have gone wrong that he suffered a stroke. My guess is that stress is a major factor.

If shoulder mobility is a hurdle, practising high pull ups (pulling till your waist) is equivalent to getting a muscle up. Start with resistance bands and work on weighted pull ups till say 70-80% of bodyweight for reps

Pondering on the detailed diagnostics, I guess it would be like opening the Pandora's box. Bcoz health or any parameter has to be looked at holistically. Otherwise this half knowledge would stress people.
