I feel like listening to this version is very different than listening to the non-instrumental version. This one provides new ways of listening to the music and you can come to hear new parts of the song that you didn't notice beforehand, giving you a new appreciation for the song. At least that's how this is for me.

This makes me think of Larry and Shard from Sonic Archie. How Shard met Larry, how protective he is over Larry and what he'll do to protect him, how good of friends they both are, how Shard risks his life to save his friends, himself, and prove he's not a bad robot anymore, and how Larry's trying to get through while causing bad luck. I also think of Larry thinking of memories with him and Shard after Shard shuts down after the battle (That cliffhanger) and hopes for him to come back. I love those two so much ;u;
