Just watched this video and a video on Glanmore interior architectural features of the house on Sunday 22 Dec 2024.
Very interesting tour. It was a priviledge to have a peek at the Servant's areas and artifacts storage areas that one normally does not get access to.
It is so good to see such exquisite artifacts being preserved and cared for so future generations can see them and learn how people lived and enjoyed life in historic times.
I have loved urban and domestic history since my grandmother took me several times in my teens to look at local history museums like the Grossman House museum in Maitland NSW Australia, which is an excellent repository of early 19th & 20th century era domestic equipment, furniture, clothing and other textiles; jewellery, grooming accessories and toys, etc from families in the Maitland, New South Wales area.
    Kind regards, Angela.

Next time turn the camera sideways! Vertical video is so hard to watch.

Thanks for the feedback! It was our first try at periscope and video at the museum. We learned a lot from it for future broadcasts including need to turn the camera sideways! Hope you enjoyed watching the video.
