A run like that requires extra equipment, a special harness to hold him in that position for the slow motion shots, it changes how the effects are animated and even how the backgrounds are shown in post. No way in hell the actor says "Wouldn't it be cool to run like this?" and they change everything, sacrificing a portion of the budget just ro make it happen. If you're going to lay blame on a single person for that awkward running sty;e then blame Snyder... because it would NOT have happened without him saying he wanted it like that. This ain't the 50s... the directors say is final.

Buddy literally runs at the speed of light in Season 4 when a nuke that explodes in a fraction of a second seems like basically a day for him.
Infavt it was like 6 hours.
Literally they went back into star labs and were doing math equations to figure out how to neutralise the nuke.
Thats because he has the ability to stop time he got this ability beacause he was in the speed force jail or something beacuse savitar escaped the powerful thing is he can do this abillity and he also ran in this mode with hes speed this is like hes a god he can use hes mach i dont know 10 speed and also using this ability thats why dceu flash had not even a 1 % chance to win

His power could power up machine that had ability to destroy entire multiverse
Reacted to Speedforce itself
Calculated faster than future AI after he unlocked speedthinking
With his speed at critical level he managed to reset Reverse Flashpoint and destroy entire planet
Broke out of pipeline ( a cell with power dampeners that was stated to be 100000 times stronger than Earth magnetic field )
Made nuke explosion last for whole episode (which could be hours)
Saved 20000 people in 5 seconds
Phased nuke explosion which cancelled it's effect
Created tens if not hundred of speedmirages at once
not going to talk about how he could also legit start fly 😂
All of these pale in comparison to the fact that he was able to move and use powers while held by the negative still force.
At this point he was running off of only speed force, no other forces, so he was basically a standard speedster and he was temporally not moving, and yet still managed to move.

If you think about it, light is just considered particles of energy bouncing back and forth off of surfaces and stuff like that. With that being said, if someone were to actually go faster than the speed of light to where LIGHT is frozen itself, then to the view of the speedster, it's just a void. Just darkness casting on until some sort of light presses against a surface or more. But that's just a theory.

I guess watching several seasons of conflicts being resolved in nanoseconds would be boring to watch, but that's how I imagine it would play out if he was actually smart.
