Loved the video!!! Thank you for taking us along. I've never seen anything like it. I never heard of half chaps but love them and the matching saddle pad. With the exception of saddles: tack sure has gotten glamourus and I like it. Blue is totally Olaf 🟦😃. And maybe Arlo? I look forward to seeing your horses wearing your new tack.
My pleasure! Yes there’s definitely some glamorous tack out there but I do seek it out haha. I love sparkles and color 😂. Half chaps are what you put over short riding boots, they mimic a tall boot. Besides winter when I’m wearing my insulated boots, I prefer them over a tall boot, so much more comfortable. Also, yes blue looks good on greys! I can’t wait to try everything out. Thanks for watching 🐴
My pleasure! They are a combo of beads and bells you put on the horse either on the trail or in the arena. The bells on them help you and your horse sync more, and help the horse concentrate on your set cadence. Also, the beads can help warn wildlife or others on the trail because of the noise they make. They are so cool! ❤️
I must be a stick-in-the-mud because I prefer leather. The flashy, trendy stuff is OK for playtime with kids, but for myself, it's leather all the way. Leather takes on beauty as it ages and when cared for properly. That's just me. I realize others might like colorful products. Makes no difference to the horse.
I understand what you’re saying but it does make a difference to the horse. Material does matter. For example I do endurance and leather is really tricky with that sport. The sweat really makes it slick and it’s harder to clean so we go with Biothane or beta material and the horse is more comfortable. I personally have always liked color and sparkles and it’s something I enjoy.
Cool horse shop.
