Oh boy, can't wait for the ARL-44 video. It and the Jumbo 75 made 5.3 France an actual joy to play. I even consider it better than the Tiger 1 honestly or atleast more like a sidegrade.

Had a friend try to bomb out my arl 44.. eventually decided to crash and get his top br tank cause the bombs did nothing.. love that tank.
Its literally the tiger 2 of rank 3, with the weak turret and strong gun.
@@polmeria465its gun is actually stronger than the tiger 2 now, with the ARL at 241 mm vs the tiger's 237. Ofc the post pen damage isn't as guaranteed as a long 88

S.35 is the beast, most of the tank in that rank would struggle a lot trying to pen it
But the D2 has more armor and a faster turret rotation speed
@@NukeDorfus The S-35 gets 47mm on the upper hull, and 35 mid hull but its angled so it becomes like 60.
A beast until somebody shoots the middle of the hull (can be penned by auto cannons)
As someone who near only plays low to mid tier France, it’s the most fun thing ever, especially if you have the b1 Ter and the char 2bis to help grind some of the… less great vehicles but the arl44 is cocaine as a tank
French low tier is greatly underated the armored car is gold, and all the medium tank are good, and the b1... is low tier kv

I remember that time where my friend and I are both on our S.35 holded a cap in jungle for most of the game. None could get through while we were smacking any germans in the area ... Now we do the same but hidden in forests with AMX-13 or AML (or the Anti-tank Clio like I call it)
I'm surprised that there's no footage on the AMD.35 as it is stupidly fast, still able to pack some punch ... I even developped a technique on my own which stupid ... Reverse attack : you just drive in reverse, most of the time it will be the tank's chief or the engine that would suck the shot and with 80km/h for a topspeed it's worth it especially in early starts.
And an advice that is out of context but that could be useful way later ... If you play heli and you want to hop on the H-34, in order to get faster on the battlezone you can if the land is flat enough with no obstacles, literally drive on the ground, you usually boost from 160km/h to 220-240 km/h which was useful back in the Enduring Heli, I even managed to evade some close calls against KA-50 with that trick and avoid being spotted most of the time ...

If you angle the panzer 4 H it becomes a Tiger with a 75mm and a turret made out of paper
