this is a fab layout the drop down bed beats the total wasted space of a fixed bed, in answer to why you need the longer couches, i beleive that's because its a lounge area not a dining only area as you commented on
You can look at the same from Chausson, Challenger for different furniture. I like the drawers/ racks in the storage on this van, they mean you use all the space, not leaving things stuck at the back of a cupboard where you can't see them. How long is the bed? (I'm 1.93m so this matters!! Nobody ever tells us!)
Does the enormous lounge/couches/dinette also convert into sleeping area (creating bunk beds when the upper bed comes down)? Generally I'm not a fan of motor driven drop down beds, but this is a pretty brilliant layout
I think the same about lost of space in the saloon but may be an opportunity as well to use the extra space. I would like to suppress one sofa to put a washing machine and a dishwasher. That would block one window but i don't care. Searching to place a multifunction oven as well. Do you think possible ?

I liked that van,the bathroom is great for fat b's like me who need plenty of room and are some what disabled due to illness. The price is prettiy good in my opinion. You are slipping somewhat Alan you did not show the fridge, and never mentioned if it had a double floor.
I did not mention if it came with a rhinoceros either Phil so you can presume that it it did not. I always mention when a rhinoceros is included. And the same for a double floor!

That has given me an idea for changing my vocabulary in future videos.

Good bathroom sliding pantries/wardrobes but still prefer overcab for families.

With RVs of this type it is always a trade off, a bedroom area for a small bathroom or big washroom with bed tucked away in the ceiling.
I suppose this one does not have double floor isolation, right ?
