Hi Helly, I'm Monia from Italy, I wanted to tell you that I've only been following you but you're very nice and I really like your imagination and how you work with polystyrene, then the piece that I liked the most is the mine, you created the cave with all the gemstones is wonderful!! I send you a greeting and continue like this, we look forward to seeing you😊😊
Hi Monia!!! I’m so glad you’re here!! Thank you for the wonderful comment and kind words! It’s so much fun to share my projects! I’m glad you’re enjoying them! Thank you so much for watching!! 🩷🩷
Terrific video!!!! Your videos are so much fun to watch!!! I get so many great ideas from your creativity!!!! I cannot wait to see the next production!!!!
What you ran into is another reason my display is never the exact same twice. Something you could do is during takedown video the process and also revise base notes. Between the two it may help for next year or whenever you decide to do that setup again.
This is a really good idea! I’ve never filmed when I take it down but that makes a lot of sense! You got me thinking how I could take better notes of those base layers. I always write some kind of note like “bayou right 1” which makes sense to me at the time but the following year I’m like, what in the world did I mean??? I think I might color code them…bottom layer of foam gets a green square, next layer red…etc. Hopefully my future self will be able to make sense of that! 😂😂 Thank you so much for watching!! Have you started setting up your display? 🎃👻 What types of pieces do you collect? 🧟♀️🧙♀️
@@KelleyDoesStuff Definitely know what you mean about the labels. I've went back to projects after extended time away and spent like an hour just figuring out what I meant. I'm in the process of building some of my scenery and then putting it up. Doing something new this year - a diy corn maze. For the village itself, I go with D56 and Lemax but have some off brand items. I do tend to stay a bit more mainstream though so some pieces like the Wasteland Pub aren't in the village nor any of the Witches Hollow series. Really love Trick or Treat Lane and anything graveyardy.
OMG girl you need your own little house or she shed for all of this .........Love the earrings!!!!! Amazing job don't know how you do it!!!!!!! I would be INSANE!!!!!!!
Omg yes I would love fewer trips. How many building are you able to fit per tote? My attic is kinda funky and I have fitting my boxes is kinda like assembling a puzzle. It helps that the boxes are small, but I would definitely like to make the process quicker!
Thanks for sharing this, i only have a very small town and now i have an idea how to go with it. 😊 Can you please let me know how did you get those orange and yellow trees? Reminds me of aquarium plastic plant decor, but they look awesome in your town! 😍
Oh yay!!! I’m go glad you enjoyed it!! Thank you so much!! The trees are Ashland floral picks that I get at Michael’s when they go on sale. I separate each branch and create individual trees. I can usually get 3-6 trees per pick. Have so much fun creating!!!
@@KelleyDoesStuff thanks for the reply, appreciate it. I live in EU, so Micheals are not an option but at least i can check and will have an idea about it. :) Please keep on doing these amazing tutorials, you are fun to watch and very helpful for beginners. :)
I would be honored to help you set up your fantastic display!
THANK YOU for showing me that you have the exact same problems year to year that I do!!
😂😂😂 I’m glad I’m not alone!
I've never bought Lemax anything, but I am a wargaming and the terrain you are creating is fantastic.
Oh that’s awesome!!! Thank you!!
Don’t we all remember how we put things together from a year ago….suuuuurrrreee😂. Feel your frustration and joy when it finally comes together👍🏻
😂😂😂 Every year I’m sure I’ll remember it the following year, and I never do!! I was ready to party when I finally figured it out! 🎉🎃👻

Girl you need to put all your village boxes in big tote boxes… less trips up and down from the attic lol that’s what I do
