I do kinda love the the storytelling adidas sometimes does with there limited edition boots. They might not always mean to, but ah you can still gleam some insights into their next boots. For example the Precision + and .1 models had calf skin and hybrid touch uppers; and then Adidas drops the Copa in calf skin and the Predator in Hybrid touch. Now with the crazy fast they drop the X Speedportal Leather 99.1 (still one of the worst names of all time) which the synthetic mesh is similar to what is going to be used on the new crazyfast. Something to keep in mind with limited edition Adidas releases, let’s see if they keep going with that trend 🤔

In my opinion, if you can afford the boot, you play frequently enough, and the boots make you feel better or are more comfortable, your skill level doesn't really matter and you should go for it
I’m actually wide feet but they fit me well ( but don’t know how wide your feet are so 🤷🏽♂️) they are more light weighted than the portal and got a more barefoot sensation (I almost forget the boot the boot while playing with them ) less plastic sensation than the the portal but that’s only my sensation when I play with them go and try the at the store 😉

They look unreal and boots really should be made to be this light but with crunching tackles probably not the best. From some shots can tell these will probably have same issue as all light weight boots it's peeling slightly off sole already.
I play on Astroturf 75% of the time. Struggling to decide on getting the Crazyfast+ which is obviously only available in FG or whether to go for the Crazyfast.1 AG. I guess the + is just a better boot but worried about durability and/or risk of injury using FG on turf. Any thoughts or advice?
This is quite late but I mostly play in astroturf too and have only ever played in FG’s and have had no issues but recently tried the new predators in AG and first game in have done my meniscus from no contact. Not sure if this is a crazy coincidence or the boots just weren’t right for me but in my opinions wearing FG’s are no issue for injuries - performance I’m not so sure on

Yeah, from my experience it won't tear just from being stepped on. I've worn it for a while, and have had multiple defenders step on and tackle me, and there's not really any signs of heavy wear yet. It's too early to judge to overall durability, but so far I'm not too worried to be honest. Have only used them on natural grass, though. /Jay

I think big brands need to stop trying to advance their shoes but make the affordable shoes was more advance ,damn near the same us the elite ones.

I’m actually wide feet but they fit me well ( but don’t know how wide your feet are so 🤷🏽♂️) they are more light weighted than the portal and got a more barefoot sensation (I almost forget the boot the boot while playing with them ) less plastic sensation than the the portal but that’s only my sensation when I play with them go and try the at the store 😉
