please help I didn't learn to strike a ball until i was 42. I then found out I hit a ball like scholes (very laces area of contact). Im similar frame to him but much more fast twitch and thicker set maybe because of my age the point of contact where the ball meets my foot is getting badly bruised everytime I train. Even though its the top of the foot. Please tell me which used boots I can find to buy that would likely offer the most protection in that area.
