'make it correct' is not correct usage. Just say 'correct it' as 'to correct' is a verb. There are no major mistakes in the other sentences. Please see the Grammar videos many times to improve your English. All the best.
The time taken will depend on the amount effort that you put in. It depends on your willingness and consistent hard work. You have to practice loudly to be able to speak confidently. Do it in front of a mirror. Hold loud conversation with yourself. You can record it and listen to identify your mistakes. Speak in English at every available opportunity. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. You will see improvement every day and gain confidence to speak fluently. If you don't have friends speak with the people you are interacting with everyday.
