Hi, I am Dee and I was in this group of lady riders (I have the purple Softail Custom) and at one point I am leading the group. This was filmed some time in 1998 and we had a blast. Huell Howser was not a small guy and I have no idea how Jane who he rode behind, rode with such ease. She said was used to riding her dad around. After this experience of riding with the ladies, in January 1999 I formed the Riverside chapter of Women in the Wind (an international ladies riding organization) which is still going strong. So glad to see positive comments on the video.
Huell in one of his 'gear changing' or 'temp duty' weekend video trips. Riding with the girls works up his legendary appetite, which in turn leads him into compromising situations. As a well-known ladies man and chick magnet Huell is always on guard in these situations. Looks like he made it out of this deal ok. You could never let Huell loose around situations like this. Towards the end Huell had some fun 'party missions' in Indian Wells and Palm Springs with Desi Arnaz back in the 80s. When Arnaz died in 1986 Huell decided to give up the cycle game, and instead focus on video work.
Huell, I missing You, You brought all of Us happy times👍😊.

I never owned A Bike. One time in my life it was on My Bucket List.
Today I would not feel safe riding a BIKE.
