Isn't the 11 about justice? And 8 about strength?

Hi! at some point the meaning of 8th and 11th arcana were switched in Tarot cards; in Matrix of Destiny the original meaning is used.
8th is Justice (8 is like a mirror - bottom part is a reflection of the top part - Law of Karma or Justice)
11th is Strength - the strength of two people in one
