It's mainly a skill issue. Me myself didn't beat it but I'm getting somewhere. It's purely skill-based than unfair, really. You must be ultra-fast, though. A little distraction or false movement can cost you the run. And better come up with a strategy, try to send her like in the video (to the kitchen and when with eyes to outside the cabin) and you should be ok. That's the most consistent strategy I've ever seen regarding this night.
