  • ** Neeralta expressed interest in a demo, so they towed the unit nearly 1000km one way for a 1 bag. I am looking forward to trying this bag extractor out.

    Tony from Fast Ag Montana originally was only going to rent this machine but liked it so much he bought it.
    I don’t remember Tony discussing having to be concerned with grain spoilage.
    Tony tested out the new tailgate on his truck when he dropped the rolled up bag into the box and his Dodge passed the test.

    #1 made in canada, #2 rolls the bag into a nice tight roll, #3 remote control. #4 looks very well built. #5 has drive wheels instead of pulling on the bag. #6 directional spout, #7 crossover steps, #8 gauge wheels on the pick-up.

      @@jaredfrana8452 you can start without scooping with the other one as well if you leave the correct amount of space at the end of the bag. IF you dont you can back into the pile and start it and suck some out to help. The Neeralta will pick up grain bags that have split which is very nice where the type that Mike already has will not. We have one nearly identical to what Mike has, it just doesnt have the lower push bar. Its probably possible to modify the older type ones to have a better wrapping system similar to the Neeralta.

    The remote allows you to stand outside the cab & freeze to death, instead of sitting in the tractor cab with your vision blocked. Needs to have a quick PTO break away somewhere on the unit to stop the machine instantly without having to run & jump in the tractor cab. Having to lean over the open bag behind the auger head to sort rotten grain is awkward & unsafe - a deal killer.

    • @drewbranje6680
      @drewbranje6680 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Front pto shafts run at 1000rpm only not 540rpm which the back ones can do, the front of the tractor does not have all of the hydraulic outputs that the back does usually you only 2 or 4 where as a machine like that may take 5 or 6 (im unsure of that number), the draw pin on the back of the tractor is much beefier than the one on the front (if you have one on the front), you actually get better vision of what is happening on and around the machine as the bonnet of the tractor would get in the way, modern tractors seat can rotate quite a fair way around to face the back of the tractor you can get between 40-70° of rotation depending on your tractor (70° may not be accurate im not a compass)
