Do you need a real LLC for a business account? Or can I just be a youtuber for the business account?
You don't need to change your account into a business account. You just need to go to *Seller Preferences* under *Selling Tools*. That can be found on the left hand side in the middle od the page. Then hit *Update* on one of the displayed options.
There is no tools button... Is it because this is old or Is it because I am not in buisness?

You can put it on your 'About'. There should be an 'edit' button or a little gear. You should be able to see the PayPal logo there.

I've heard that if someone were to donate and later they decide to take their donation back or request a refund, PayPal automatically does that. So if someone donated $10 and a week or so goes by, you spend that money, then they request a refund, that gets taken out of your account and now you owe PayPal. Just what I've heard and want to know how to make sure that donations are non-refundable before I create one. If anyone knows the answer, i'd be happy to hear it.
