- I fought one of the hardest Tales of fights, one vs. everyone fight starts at 06:44
* Before the battle take off all equipment on every character but Ludger, this will make the fight more manageable also lower the difficulty(easy/normal)
* Stock up on reverse dolls you'll need them...

I actually love that such a fight is even possible. Normally, the devs/story would force you into the other direction, but this truly felt like your actions influenced the storyline to a tragic ending. Wish more devs could allow such a bold move in their games.
They can but they have to have to think of wanting it in the game, most just try to focus on making the story make sense so they usually don't think about it whether intentional or not

Well the world would be okay because of the wish but the others would be dead ludger full on victor mode

This battle is freakn hard on hard mode. I keep on running in circle and use moonlight assault and falling snow and use level 1 chromatus to take down one character each transformation.

This ending was so sad for me that I only did it once to see what happened..........its so fucking sad.
I never understand how one game can be upbeat, and then the sequel is this depressing piece of work...

Well ... This is the end I got first .. I really didn't want to kill Julius, that's so unfair for them. And for now I'm happy about my desicion, when I chose to kill him after that, It was so ... horrible, I rather stay with Julius and fuck off all the others. However I haven't reached Canaan yet, maybe I'll changed my mind later

NONE OF THE ENDINGS IN THIS GAME ARE GOOD! the fuckin' sad thing is, it is all destined to just loop over and over again, the elle ending happens? Ludger meets her mother in his world and will eventually become Victor, and the cycle will repeat once more, there is no good ending in Xillia 2, what the actual fuck, Ludger either loses his mind to be with his brother who is dying, loses the girl who he sees as a daughter forever or loses his own humanity and life to save everyone.
Im actually glad thats the case, non of the endings are perfect which makes choosen one of them have more meaning.

Have you even seen the Arena ending yet? It is the best ending in this game that you can possibly get (by beating the Arena champions). You can google for videos about it. XD
I don't think he's destined to become Victor. Even tho he was Victor in a fractured dimension, we know for a fact that the different dimensions have nothing in common besides the likeness of the people within them. Theres really no reason to believe Ludger would become like Victor in the true ending.

You get the bad ending trophy, a color variation outfit, and get returned to a save point right before the fight.
So basically, nothing much happens -_-
if I knew about this ending when I had the game I would have choiced in a heart beat because how the king and millia just reject your forward option to save L out of no where
and the fact that milla just eggs ever else on even more to do just fulls the hate I have for milla

@@HyakuyaFutaba its when blue milla shows up every one starts pushing ludger and L aside . when she shows up her attitude boils down tell ludger get over even when she trying to put him at ease . and the fact that she ruined the climactic moment for ludger and his friends who have made the goal to protect L by taking the choice and spitting in every one face
@@HyakuyaFutabai had no attachments at all to blue milla since i never touched xilla 1 and the fact that blue milla is friends with all the other party members , her choice matter way more the person they where all fighting to protect ..the choice might as be them all stabbing ludger in the back .

Honestly Ludger vs all of them at once? Lucky the game has you fight four of them at once and then add another otherwise Ludger should have gotten rekt.

+Elijah Williams (Gameboynitro 9) I don't know... the main complaint about this ending I see is that there should be no way that ludger should beat all of them. Considering how unrealistic most of these ultimate life form end bosses lose so easily to random people in most games, this is believable (at least for me).
Ludger is the son of kresnik blood line, and is able to utilize the full powers of the chromatus. His full opposition against the killing of his own flesh and blood probably triggered him into a berserk state, far increasing his potential and powers as opposed to saving the world, a stereotypical and honestly unhonest desire of many.
The fact that the 8 of them were so weak compared to you is probably levels/stats adjusted to how "berserk" Ludger went trying to protect his brother and his own selfish desires.

That can be said about any enemy you fight. You have to pick only 4 to fight them, and the game is already doable/easy.
Having all 8 on the field would be a slaughter for anyone.
Also depending on the choices your Ludger picked and how you shaped him, it didn't really occur to him that his sole fate of him/his brother would be to save the world; to my Ludger, why should he sacrifice himself or his brother to save a bunch of manipulative humans that "plagued" his family the sacrificial lamb. My ludger was as stoic as possible and generally tried to pick all the neutral/uncaring choices. All done on my bad ending playthrough of course; it wouldn't make sense if you made him a goody2shoes and then backed out on the last second.
Also, the fact they fought 4 at a time actually makes sense (unlike enemy boss battles, nothing really holding the rest of your party back from fighting except for arbitrary game balancing reasons). Reason is: Most of them are still in shock that their long companion backed out on the last second and is willing to kill them even if it means sacrificing everything.
+Welkin Gunther Geez that was quite the story you had me read there but yeah I see where you're going with all this. This battle would be almost impossible to pull off if fighting all previous heros were to gang up on Ludger at once. Even in cutscenes they all chose to fight ludger one at time instead of just casting a barrage of artes at him.
Elijah Williams Even with all 8 against them, do know that Ludger is literally has the blood of Gods, he descends from a powerful line and can utilize the chromatus.
If anything, it's more puzzling that Jude, a random med student can easily beat a God in Xillia 1.
Even with just 4 people, playing on hardest difficulty with Ludger against all 4, it's extremely hard, but because Ludger is so powerful and chaotic, it's doable.
I'm just ranting since Ludger actually makes sense as to where he gets his power from where random people like Jude and his childhood friend can hold up to Gods.

This battle is horrendous, too bad I learned the trick about removing their weapons and armors too late, aaah xD anyway how do you manage to get your chroma gaugue refilled when you're walking around? Mind won't move unless I fight or block attacks.

This ending is so bad lmao. It literally makes no sense if you looked at the past 5 hours before this. Lazy
When I first saw this, I was like, did they just suddenly go evil on Ludger? Then, my completetionist self decided to just do it before the normal ending, just for the title and the ludger alt color costume. This is a terrible ending, because even in the end, ludger would only have Julius for a few more moments, but their world would still be in trouble to the miasma that would be unleashed anyway.
