As requested a few days ago, i present the Sovereign guide. Now I'm not gonna lie, i kinda suck at sovereign and this guide might not be too good but i do hope it helps some people understand the basics.

@@GoofyAhhRandomGuy ghosts disappear after roughly a minute i think? and arm fractures, like any other wound, have a chance of happening after getting hit by guns and melee weapons.

I enjoyed this guide and I would like to add that when you use Q (shove), It resets the AI of enemies so what this means is that after the enemy has recovered from being stunned by the shove, they will have aimbot with their first shot.

For weapon crafting, I recommend you to craft Compond Milbow. This bow works efficiently for killing cursed enemies instead of shoving enemy with your cursed dagger which has a chance for you to get hurt. Sovereign is a backliner so mark enemies with your cursed dagger and shoot them with a bow to create a ghost that help fighting for your teammates.

if youve got a friend thats a high damage perk like vagabond, you could replace balistic knife with koldera black. the buffs are really nice and you can frontline a bit more.

I would pick aggressive behavior over dependable so I can spam curse and shove faster so the enemies can't hit me but if it's solo dependable is the pick for teams aggressive behavior for much more curse also make an executione guide

The purple guy distracts the firearm scav. And the sovereign shoves it.

I recommend using Impatient to make your movement debuff useless, Fearless so you can survive 6+ nights and save your life, Aggressive beahvior for faster shoves but if you dont want impatient you can change it to professional since youll be using guns more than melees

I think the best melee for sovereign would be the billhook since it shoves on light swings
It does a decent amount of damage and has good range as well so it may be good for starting an army

personally i would recommend not using a melee and instead having something cheap like a high capa on hand. makes it much easier and faster to curse, then shoot em to make a ghost to distract and curse more scavs.

Personally, I use traits which are related to health because I usually stay back and snipe the enemies. Because I throw the knife, I lose hp so I choose traits which buff my hp so I can spam knifes.
(Sorry can't rmb the names)
Another tip I have for group players is to stay at the back and spam knifes at enemies who have not been cursed yet, this way it will be slightly easier for your other teammates

i recommend not spam throwing knives. The thrown knives believe it or not actually deal 0 damage. It is strictly there to curse your enemies to make them easier to kill and give you some distractions/bonus damage.
Edit: however if you do like using this strat i really recommend using survivor or else you will mow down your teams healing supply.

@@Kiwito7103 trust me when I say that corners are your best friend as a sovereign. this applies to vagabond as well. just sit around a corner and clip your dagger through the corner and you can still hit them and gun guys wont be able to shoot you. just try to kill em before they can turn that corner else it will get dirty

a tickspider and a sovereign will do team work together but use a rifle that deals a crit damage of 90 while its been cursed it will a big brain move to do this trick but it will make your teammate's to hate you for wasteing ammo but you can get free ammo by crafting at the work bench and re scrap it the same time

Always use ballistic knives unless you just just planning to only chuck knives and not melee. If you are chucking knives i recommend what the first comment said and if you do go melee then ABSOLUTELY ballistic dagger you cant melee without it.

I use survivor trait over dependable, and that's because you can use your knife out of cooldown, but it takes 5hp every time, that is a feature called bloodletting ( if you use it when the bar is full it deals no damage to yourself, it only deals damage to you if it's not fully charged) that 5hp cost isn't much but on a game where healing items are rare, you can't just afford to chip your own hp away because then it will stack with the damage you already has to recover from, so i use survivor so i can heal from spare damage and use bloodletting without wasting health.

Not recommended to use the ability on cooldown or combat, does little to no damage at all, so its best use is to mark enemies location, the right traits are, calm, violent tendesies, and impatient, plus u already deal 24 damage on shoving with ballistic dagger so its more efficient to shove than use the ability itself

Personally, I'd reccomended taking the speed boost, aggressive behavior, and calm, to really abuse those shoves and dodge bullets.

Yup, clearly these "none sovereign mains" are trying to be cool and give tips about the ability when its for marking enemies location, the small mark doesnt spawn a ghost but the shove does so its better to shove than use the ability itself in combat or cooldown

Question: what the ghost do? Because I see those and didn’t do anything at all
Tip: if you have still a small army of ghosts just don’t stand there and do anything because probs there’s someone behind you ready to do a backstab like in this video curse them all and you can attack having a huge army increases the probability to survive the wave without using any stuff

I got a question and this question is not really about the Sovereign but. How do you get food and water? I mean i know i get it from enemies but i don't get it that often. From what i'm seeing you seem to get it more often than i do

fire bombs can delete an entire wave no matter which one (except 10 ofc) if the enemies show up fast enough, all you have to do is let them burn and maybe shoot the leftovers. scrapping grenades is fine since most of the time they dont net you that many kills, but c4 and fire bombs are worth their weight in gold
