You are absolutely right...Today the flipkart wishmaster rejected my Redmi note 4 for exchange with Redmi K20....just Caz of a very tiny dent I have noticed first time in my life. He is demanding RS 3600/- so I rejected to accept the K20 I ordered..... What a dirty business they are doing.

U r right bro. It was happening with me in August 2019. They r denying to take my phone back which I was selling in in cashify on same value. I also several time contacting with Flipkart over phone, messages and through mail. That I want to take my new phone and give you the old phone price, they tell us there is some resolution issue wait for few days. I am waiting but after 3 days they reject my order. Very shame

I have just exchanged two mobiles on flipkart oppo a5s and got value rs 5300 and reddi 6 pro (screen cracked and back panel broken) got 3000 ex.value. So far I am fully satisfied with flipkart.
Flipcart became a chitting e seller....I personally faced three case in Dashera time...once have to pay full and others two not accept as Flipcard wishmaster refuse to exchange, though my exchangeable phone was new alike without any dent and scratch, and both the old phone successfully exchange with Amazon.
You forgot to mention that they are also making Rs. 100/- per order (pick up charges) which they don't refund even if the product is cancelled. This actually amounts to a big fraud
I faced the same problem with Flipkart.. there was hardly any visible flaws on our phone.. flipkart is playing a gimmick! Customer care said they will escalate to logostics and inspect online with pics but again their "wishmaster" was sent to review who outrightly rejected. Few of us stood there to witness this the second time around! I cancelled my order! Flipkart is a fraud they dont have ethics and integrity as this is not one of a kind problem I have faced! They are a failure!

Same thing happened to me today. The mobile i was to exchange (Galaxy J5 prime) is in perfect condition. It has no scratches, no dents everything in good condition. Still the wishmaster refused saying that he can't accept used mobile. Do flipkart want us to buy new mobile in 10,000 rs & exchange it for 2500 rs? From now onwards i will give all negative feedback to the wishmaster.

Exchanged my LE 2 with new Realme U1. Got Rs. 3500 for it... Very happy with Amazon. Amazon never does this. And also exchanged dented Redmi 3S against Redmi 6 Pro.
Amazon takes phone with scratches but flipkart rejects it with even minor scratches near charging port so dont buy buyback guarantee because most of the phones get scratches after 6-12 months usage

I exchanged yu yunique phone on flipkart and when the delivery person came, he cant find any defect in the mobile as I have used it with a full body foldable case and tampered glass. He said he cant exchange the phone because there is a small gap between the screen and the body which he cant show even to me, he was offering the new phone for full price on the spot. I got so angry that shouted on him and asked him to get away.

Basically aapko usse pyar se convince karna hota hai.. Mujhe courier wala ladke ne ye bhi bola ki agar Baad Mai reject hota hai toh mere salary se katega ..toh tab aap mujhe de dena woh extra amount.. but Aisa kuch hua nhi .. all went well Aur Amazon Mai itna strictly check nhi karte.. Flipkart pick up person try their best to refuse exchange by giving any ridiculous excuse. It happened with me twice. Same phone was easily accepted by Amazon. It seems Flipkart person requires new phone for exchange but why would anyone replace the phone until it's old. Amazon is much better.
Flipkart has one of the worst exachange policy... They give only 1000 rs on my moto e3 plus in exchange.. but they do not accept because there is very minimum scratch less the 1 mili mtr, even u cannot see this scracth noramally.. but they refuse to take the phone.. they ecpect new phone from us at exchange time...
I am also victim of same situation 2 times in a row. I have tried exchange with 2 different mobiles. And the last one was of my iphone. The wish master has rejected my phone saying screen is not properly fitted on the panel. The phone came in the same situation from apple showroom and even apple is not considering that as any issue but flipkart does. But I was in need of mobile so I have purchased Poco by giving rest of the amount. But after this experience i got to know that they are thugs and these schemes are fake. Never try anything on exchange. #Flipkart is just looting consumers on the name of exchange.

In my case their delivery boy accepted exchange/picked up old phone and gave me new phone against it. However same evening I checked the invoice rec'd.on e-mail,and order details on flipkart page and came to know that the said delivery boy has updated exchange device as rejected and showed the difference payment rec'd in cash from me which is false. I'll going to teach flipkart a good lesson as they have 11 pages exchange t&c but no ethics to do business !! My old phone may be sold at a grey market or any data recovery/tampering may be done by the delivery boy.Flipkart has no practise of preparing document of sale/exchange and getting it duly signed. They just want to promote their business in unfair manner.

Today I have same experience.i have ordered rrealme 6 pro in exchange with redmi note 4. But inspite of all good condition the delivery boy from flipkart reject my mobile
i have chaged my battery once, and replaced it with unauthentic battery. battery is non-removable.except that there is no other problem(not that i am aware of). i am exchanging it through amazon , what do you think, would they accept it?

I have just exchanged two mobiles on flipkart oppo a5s and got value rs 5300 and reddi 6 pro (screen cracked and back panel broken) got 3000 ex.value.
So far I am fully satisfied with flipkart.
Flipcart became a chitting e seller....I personally faced three case in Dashera time...once have to pay full and others two not accept as Flipcard wishmaster refuse to exchange, though my exchangeable phone was new alike without any dent and scratch, and both the old phone successfully exchange with Amazon.

You forgot to mention that they are also making Rs. 100/- per order (pick up charges) which they don't refund even if the product is cancelled. This actually amounts to a big fraud

I faced the same problem with Flipkart.. there was hardly any visible flaws on our phone.. flipkart is playing a gimmick! Customer care said they will escalate to logostics and inspect online with pics but again their "wishmaster" was sent to review who outrightly rejected. Few of us stood there to witness this the second time around! I cancelled my order! Flipkart is a fraud they dont have ethics and integrity as this is not one of a kind problem I have faced! They are a failure!

Bhai baat esa hai ki flipkart 2nd hand phones bhi bechta hai, humse exhange me kam daam me leke wo usko rate krke bechta hai. But Amazon me kuch bhi hojaye phone ko wo exchange me leleta hai ( bas phone on hona chahiye) aur Amazon bol bhi deta hai ki konsa naya hai aur kons sa sale ke liye aya hai.
My oneplus 3t was rejected by Flipkart. Same phone was accepted by Amazon.

Same thing happened to me today. The mobile i was to exchange (Galaxy J5 prime) is in perfect condition. It has no scratches, no dents everything in good condition. Still the wishmaster refused saying that he can't accept used mobile. Do flipkart want us to buy new mobile in 10,000 rs & exchange it for 2500 rs? From now onwards i will give all negative feedback to the wishmaster.

Exchanged my LE 2 with new Realme U1. Got Rs. 3500 for it... Very happy with Amazon. Amazon never does this. And also exchanged dented Redmi 3S against Redmi 6 Pro.

Amazon takes phone with scratches but flipkart rejects it with even minor scratches near charging port so dont buy buyback guarantee because most of the phones get scratches after 6-12 months usage
So true, aph tho youtuber ho isleye video banade is par. But normal people like me, we just leave it and won't try the exchange next time.i had a similar experience too. I exchanged yu yunique phone on flipkart and when the delivery person came, he cant find any defect in the mobile as I have used it with a full body foldable case and tampered glass. He said he cant exchange the phone because there is a small gap between the screen and the body which he cant show even to me, he was offering the new phone for full price on the spot. I got so angry that shouted on him and asked him to get away.

Flipkart pick up person try their best to refuse exchange by giving any ridiculous excuse. It happened with me twice. Same phone was easily accepted by Amazon. It seems Flipkart person requires new phone for exchange but why would anyone replace the phone until it's old. Amazon is much better.
Flipkart has one of the worst exachange policy... They give only 1000 rs on my moto e3 plus in exchange.. but they do not accept because there is very minimum scratch less the 1 mili mtr, even u cannot see this scracth noramally.. but they refuse to take the phone.. they ecpect new phone from us at exchange time...

I am also victim of same situation 2 times in a row. I have tried exchange with 2 different mobiles. And the last one was of my iphone. The wish master has rejected my phone saying screen is not properly fitted on the panel. The phone came in the same situation from apple showroom and even apple is not considering that as any issue but flipkart does. But I was in need of mobile so I have purchased Poco by giving rest of the amount. But after this experience i got to know that they are thugs and these schemes are fake. Never try anything on exchange. #Flipkart is just looting consumers on the name of exchange.
Bhai mere saath bhi same hua tha pichle saal diwali sale ke time. Exchange wale ne exchange nahi kiya tha ek small scratch ki wajah se. Aur phone ke liye extra paise mang raha tha .par mene cancel kar diya.
In my case their delivery boy accepted exchange/picked up old phone and gave me new phone against it.
However same evening I checked the invoice rec'd.on e-mail,and order details on flipkart page and came to know that the said delivery boy has updated exchange device as rejected and showed the difference payment rec'd in cash from me which is false.
I'll going to teach flipkart a good lesson as they have 11 pages exchange t&c but no ethics to do business !!
My old phone may be sold at a grey market or any data recovery/tampering may be done by the delivery boy.Flipkart has no practise of preparing document of sale/exchange and getting it duly signed.
They just want to promote their business in unfair manner.
