Can we get a tire replacement video for the rear wheel? I barely bought mine this month and the tire and inner tube came defective and Walmart won’t return or exchange it smh
I guess razor doesn’t answer the rear tire defective comments! I bought ours 2 weeks ago and now it’s flat. So I have to buy a new rear tire? I’m confused
When reinstalling the spring they skip the whole part of putting the pin back in place and just jump to tightening the bolt. They don't include it cuz they know it's way more difficult than they make it look on here. Now that's some BS!
@@alphaproscooters2848my sons scooter is throwing a code for the throttle and like everyone else his tire was messed up months after purchasing. Do u know where I can these parts to try and fix it for him. He literally used it about 4 months.
This is such a piece of crap DO NOT PURCHASE....good luck if your rear tire goes flat and don't look on their website as everything is sold out. I have to $500 paperweights. OK so update I was able to get ahold of Razor and the guy on the phone was very nice and extreamly helpful. They are shipping the parts at no charge covered under warranty.
razor says rear wheel not available until June 2023!! WTF!!! Does anyone know how to find a rear wheel for my C35 SLA or have luck replacing just the tube?
Wtf does that even mean? You got a link, site, location. I can’t find crap for parts anywhere for this thing and googling “academy store” it too generic
Notice how they don't actually show you how hard it is to get the foot brake pin through the spring and the other side. They cleverly cut away and, magic, the pin is in place. time:4:50
Don't buy Razor. They're the most rude and nasty company I've ever dealt with. They ghost you and are nothing but a bunch of liars when you try to return a dodgey e100 E scooter. The scooter takes off very suddenly with so much force it basically could throw you backwards onto the ground. Even once you are rolling along everytime you let go of the accelerator it does it again everytime you accelerate again. I could only just safely ride it and I'm an experienced skateboarder/surfer. It's even worse for a featherweight child. My son was really upset and disappointed on Christmas day as was I and could you blame him. It took me 3 month's before they finally agreed to accept the return and now they're claiming it has nothing wrong with it and are sending it back to me. They won't replace it or refund it. We have 2 other Razor Electric Scooters that do not do this and I've ridden various others that don't ad well. They're liars and they do not deserve your hard earned money or time. I will never buy Razor products ever again.
