I always excited and look forward on your recipe but yeah maybe it is not my luck. Anyway thank you for your sharing.. 😊
Usually, a cake gets dense when you overmix the flour. I always say to stir the flour until just combined. This way, you won't develop the gluten in the batter. And I use large eggs in my recipes; using small eggs can also change the final result.
