Finally here is my nose surgery video that you have been asking for. I tried to cover all points (Why I had it, Recovery, Cost, Meds, Pics etc.)
Warning: I Do include all photos of the recovery which can look a little graphic due to bruising/swelling.
Thank you to everyone that has been so supportive since day one I LOVE YOU!
This experience was tough but it was one of the best decisions I've made. I am seeing my swelling go down more and more as each week passes. If you are wanting rhinoplasty, please make sure you take the time to think about it. There is no going back so you want to be sure that this is something that will make you a happier person like it did for me :) The pain for me was pretty intense but it was 100% worth it. (If you are only doing surgery to fix something minor like a bump/the tip, the pain should be pretty tolerable.)

Arran Vid That's not always the situation. It can be for breathing reasons too, if it makes someone happy then there's no harm done and it's no one else's business to judge.

@Kainat Shah I got my second one done two days ago due to a complication I had from the first year. I wouldn’t say I’m miserable now or was when I had it last year but I do feel like I got punched in the face lol

Hey Sadia, I just wanted to say I’m a new follower of yours but that does not mean I’m new to your account. I’ve been so serious about getting a nose job to the point where I’ll book the flights, pay the deposit and then just not turn up! I think it was the recovery process that scares me, but after watching your video and hearing you say that even after the recovery youd still go through it all, just actually shows how much worth it could all be. It looks so good! I got my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Sajjadian as well! I had mine done when I was 17(about 8 years ago) and I had the same experience of people telling me it still looked big immediately after/ I wasted my money. I also got extremely discouraged. But don’t worry, you’ll see your true results eventually. It will look better and better as the months go by, but mine took almost two years to finally lose all of the swelling. Yours already looks so good though!
It takes major courage to post all of your recovery pictures and share the blood clots experience (OMG I’d faint lol). But it’s SO helpful for people seriously interested in going through with the procedure. Love your videos/instagram and love how real you keep things girl!

@Samiah Rahman But people are CONSTANTLY hiding their natural imperfections to better fit into society's ideal of beauty... whether it's wearing concealer to hide dark circles, whitening their teeth, contouring their nose, it doesn't matter.... they are still technically succumbing to societal pressure, Yet, as soon as somebody decides to go the surgical route, they suddenly recieve an onslaught of judgment and all the "why don't you just love yourself" comments. The vast majority of us want to feel attractive to others and as long as they have taken to time to make sure they are making the right decision I don't see why we should judge them.

I found this so helpful and informative! I'm really self conscious about the shape of my nose and I feel like it's huge. This is something I've been thinking about for years but I don't have the courage to get it done. I'm so scared of potentially hating the result, yours looks amazing and you're so right about not caring about what anybody else thinks!
I have a nice face and small nose, but I gain weight SO easily and it's so hard to get it off. I feel like every single person has at least one thing they hate about themselves or "imperfection". We shouldn't judge others. Especially for surgery it's no one elses business!

@@Lalu_133 not it's not biological lmao that couldn't have sounded more stupid, I've seen plenty of people with big noses that are hot af and plenty people with small noses that are ugly af, it's about what the society has put into your brain honey wake up, it's not even about the features separately it's about your face as a whole, also if you haven't noticed every person that has gotten a nose job that new nose doesn't suit their face whereas their old nose does cause every feature we have is build to fit in with your other features :)

I just had my rhinoplasty last week and Ive been watching these videos religiously for a few weeks. This is definitely my favorite video. I love how transparent you are. I also used arnica tabs and gel, I drank a butt load of pineapple juice in the first few days. I particularly LOVE how you touched on all the swelling details and how yours has improved. Girl, the struggle is REAL. There are some days I wake up and im like... what did I do to my face. Then today, I woke up and the swelling was pretty good and I was like.. OMG, I LOVE IT, lol. Yours already looks AMAZING

There will always be people out there that are either jealous or just plain bitter and want others who are doing well to be down with them as well. Misery loves company. When I returned to work after my rhinoplasty my coworkers kept asking if I lied about it to get a month off work. I told them it takes months for the swelling to go down and that was why it looked the same and they all laugh. It was literally the most frustrating thing
@Dove Mackenzie I remember my nose looking like a potato for the first month, but the pictures i took a week after surgery compared to pics I take now a year and 3 months later are drastically different.

Think twice. I had nose surgery for health reasons and I now have terrible complications and horrible pain. If you end up with health in daily pain and health problems from a surgery that you only wanted to look better, you will never forgive yourself.

I’m 14 and I have her old nose :( I personally really hate my nose and I don’t feel pretty at all. Every girl I know has a normal “feminine” nose and ugh. People always point it out and some people call my nose manly and I hate it :( I want a nose job when I turn 18
