The more of your videos I watch the more interested in collecting WWII Nazi militaria I become. 😳 Already pretty invested $$$ in another collitable hobby if you know what I mean. I know a lot of people freak out on this stuff. To me it’s all about the history. Thanks for all the history lessons. 👍🏼 Hope to get to a show soon.
You should do another video on uniforms and visor caps from the German world war II that would be a really amazing because I always wanted to collect German world war II uniforms and visor cats and daggers and helmets
It is personally gratifying that Mr Wittmann has shown a piece that he considers "desirable" namely the dress bayonet maker marked Paul Seilheimer as I have one in my modest collection (cavalry ) . This is a first haha !
@@WittmannAntiqueMilitaria Yes indeed ! Two Eickhorn 's , one Tiger , one Herder and one Seilheimer make up my dress bayonet group actually . Great channel by the way , Tom Wittmann is our man !
I guess it surprises me that Hitler was having his own tea services made in the early 1920s with his logo on them, when he was essentially still just a rabble rouser in the streets, but you are the expert. Love your videos, thanks.
Its a shame that original militaria is so astronomically expensive now. I bought my first pieces of militaria when I was a 13 year old in 1983... back then a 13-year-old could afford to pick up an original German helmet or an original bayonet. I feel bad for the younger generation now, because they will never get into the hobby thanks to the outrageous prices being asked now. You literally have to be in the upper-middle class or wealthy to participate in any real meaningful way.
Adolf Hitler must have used a very cheap engraver - who used a nail to scratch at the silver - the quality of the engraving on the lower case ‘h’ is dreadful
DNSAP can also be Danish National Socialist Party
What would the A be for?

Great video Mister Wittmann. ❤👍👍👍
Thanks Tom...Quality stuff is getting tough to find!
Bayonets are an excellent entry point into collecting edged weapons. Still affordable for people. Thanks for the video
Great daggers and plaque. ...For me though the engraved silver looks very modern.
Yes, further inspection of the markings bears this out. They are going back from whence they came.

Yeah, all the time people devote to freaking out, calling out, and cursing out would be better spent butting out.
You got that right Mr.Wittmann.👍🏼🇺🇸
I cant afford any of these things, but I cant stop watching.......its got a hold of me now!!🙄
that looked like a burglars swag bag.....you got a receipt for all that gear Tom?
I don't know about a receipt, but he certainly needs to get a Stick-Up. 💩
I got a Luftwaffe projector with a leather carry bax all matching #s have you ever seen one of those?
it would be also a good video idea to show your trench arts and maybe you can go into your cigars! BTW we like the bayonets, don't worry
Oh i am waiting for this video!!It is like a drug! :-)

With all of this new bounty will there be radical price reductions??????
The producer WMF is very popular in Germany today. Good Quality
Is there a good show I could attend in Florida upcoming.?
I don't know off the top of my head, but there should be.
As a novice I need a little bit of help here. Can somebody tell me what the immobile swastika means? Does it mean etched?
An immobile swastika is one that aligned like a square; NSDAP swastikas have been rotated 45 degrees to form a sort of diamond shape.

36:27 I really wonder why someone wants to have his first name capital (A) in uppercase and his last name capital in lowercase (h).
You're not wrong. Those pieces didn't hold up to post-show scrutiny.
we watch👍

If you shoot Tom an email at herrwittmann@gmail.com he'll give you the number for his line.
