Dollar Tree $5 fast phone charger

Wall plug power delivery USB-A and USB-C 18 and 20 watt $5 charger . My M6 mark II won't charge through it's USB-C port but my batteries have ports that charge fast with this charger. It also charges my phone quickly (Motorola one 5g UW ).
