Beautiful Darts, i love to play those little rocket style Darts more than a straight Barrel. I have the Gen 7 already and i love them. They hit like a Bullet. The Black is so beautiful and i like that the Barrelnose is not black. I love your reviews and i also love your goofy throw style. Never seen before. You play like a Champion in my oppinion. Loving your videos from Aussie. I have the 9five Gen 2s mainly as my thumb sits in one of the four scallops - very nice darts. I use Condor Axe mediums and target Storm points (all based on your recommendations :) and it’s by far my best set up. I like the look of these gen 10s - but wonder if that smoother barrel wouldn’t work for me… wouldn’t say no to the prize though :)
Absolutely love the look of these darts. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on these because there just a fantastic looking dart. And even though there on expensive side I wouldn't mind dropping it on these lol. Great vid buddy
Great review. I have no trouble with the grip. I just can’t believe how small they are. I have big chunky hands and fingers. They feel like toothpicks but they throw very straight. I put in condor axe standard flights. Medium and I grip in the rear. I’m throwing them great. I’m gonna stick with them. But I have my eye on the aspinals. And the yoshimura.
Well, I bought a Target darts upon your review, truth to behold, SP are thrash, less than a week of playing, its stock swiss point broke, I was kinda too late joining dart socmed. I found out that there are a lot of incidence of broken SP point.
Since you worry so much about the point and dart nose area being as smooth as possible , to prevent flight damage and reduce deflections , which I agree with , I am surprised you have not mentioned the area to the rear of the stem on the Phil Taylor dart . Where the flight holder , which screws in to tighten on the flight , there is a significant 'ledge' which surely is going to cause problems . In addition the flight holder is bound to get hit and I would bet the holder segments are going to be bent on impact , or falling on the floor . I think I would want to bin the stems to be honest , but they look as if they are bigger than the standard 2BA thread size .; I could be wrong , but what could replace the stems if they are not 2BA ? This for me is theoretical since I do not have £200s spare to buy a big flying cigar of a dart , despite your recommendation , or Phil's either , I like them skinny , but someone will want to know very soon ! Hey Worldwide. I'd really like to buy some Gen 10's. You said that the 24g weigh in at 26 all in. I prefer 24g so would you say the 22g all in would be nearer 23/24?
What bothers me are the rings, they act like grinders for the flights every time they make contact so its slowly damaging the flights. The shaft tops are easily penetrated by the needle so this has been the most annoying thing about the dart and every time the dart falls, it's easily bended and that's it, and these shaft tops aint cheap.

I’ve always wanted a Phil Taylor Power 9five, just not within my price range so I ended up with a more affordable bolide.I’m happy with it though.
Can’t go wrong with the bolide range though, got the bolide 5s and love them.

The newer Target points have been improved. Imo the Swiss Storms are the strongest.

The OG match perfectly but they're VERY heavy. Not ideal for most players. K-Flex all the way 👍🏻
Boom absolute 💯 release. So grip seems to be similar to gen 4s.
I had the 9five gen 8 same coating after 3 months it came off and the grip is gone. Reaction from target that happened with normal use.
What darts would you recommend for a rear/mid grip beginner who likes grippier darts? Are makaras m2 good choice?

All depends on what stems you use. If you use the original stems then be aware that they weigh a lot
