Orico 2 Bay Hard Drive Dock Unboxing + Hard Disk Clone

Today we'll be unboxing and cloning a hard drive using the Orico 2 Bay USB 3.0 Hard Drive Dock that features a standalone clone feature. This means that we don't need a computer to duplicate hard drives. The model number for this Orico dock is 6228us3-c.

This Orico enclosure is compatible with 2.5 and 3.5 inch drives and SSDs and can reach data transfer speeds of up to 5 gigabytes per second.
I am going to use the Orico dock to clone my laptop's 750GB Hitachi drive to a 1TB Toshiba hard drive.
I started cloning my drive around 5:10pm and finished around 7:40pm. So it took 2 and half hours to clone 750 gigabytes of data. That would make a transfer rate of 83MBs per second.
Although I didn't show it in the video, the cloned drive worked flawlessly.
