I had a season ticket for two years and had a great time This was before the Tevez Saga Saw some great games like this one , 3-1 at home to Sheff We’d, 1-0 FA cup v Leeds I went to semi final at Old Trafford and play off final v Wolves . Was a good time to see games and I loved living in Sheffield
Can’t wait for tomorrow’s match. Of all the play off heart aches as a Forest supporter this one hurt the most. Our young squad just ran out of ideas and the cleverness of Sheffield United came through in the end. That Peschisolido goal is etched in the memory of every Forest fan that saw it. It was brilliant and completely knocked whatever confidence was left in Forest out of them.
The one game that season I couldn't get too would end up been the best in my lifetime typical still hurts but remember my mum crying watching it on sky
Say what you want about Warnock, he knew all about high octane football. So many exciting games under his stewardship and did it with a miniscule budget.
Sends shivers watching this again. What a brilliant night at Bramall Lane, what an atmosphere, what a game. Will never forget the Paul Peshchisolido goal and his ecstatic celebration after scoring a brilliant goal sending Bramall Lane into an electrifying frenzy. A great team, a great manager.
