So when your carrier or mobile refineries are the only ships, with their single drop of points at a big asteroid field, where there are 4+ nodes for harvesting, than yes, one more ship with a drop off point is beneficial. BTW have you joining the game's Discord channel or my own? You can more easily find players to play with there.
