Tong Enduro - Riding Enduro Is Bloody Hard Work!

I'd been wanting to ride at Tong for a while now, and today I got up there to ride.
Finally the summer seems to be coming in the UK so thankfully it was quite dry.
I always knew that Enduro and MX athletes were fit as f**k, but after riding for only 3 hours total (with a load of breaks), I realised just how hard it is. My body feels buggered, and I take my hat off to all those athletes.
