    Do lightmaps cost VRAM? Is there any other cost?
    And what about dynamic shadows. How do those work.

      Yes.
      Put your lights on « Stationnary».

    The problem I have, is if the wall is segmented, for example, there is the doorway wall in between to flat wall elements, when you build the lighting, you can very clearly see the edges of the segments, and sometimes each segment is lit very differently, and no matter how I mess with the lightmap UVs, it still does it... how can I solve that?

      try using actors, put static mesh on scene comp and it will work.

    A good live stream/video could be teaching some good practises like avoiding casts and how to go about a problem a different way that is better for BP, I feel like a lot of people would benefit from that sort of thing

    What use does lightmaps have if I can just import an AO map through materials?

    I wonder why and from where comes that big bleeding, will this ever be the same in future? Can i add more light samples to get better results instead of cranking up the light map res?

    Do you know how to set the light map coordinate index for mutiple assets?

      select the assets in the content browser and use bulk edit
