I'm happy you mentioned bee pollen. People don't realize how healthy it is for us and it has been known to help with allergies. Also, you may have clued me in on why I get mild headaches - pink salt. I don't ever use a lot of salt, but since using it I developed mild headaches and I never normally ever get headaches. It is time to switch! Excellent video. Guess it is time to give Thrive a try.
Can you make a video on a good anti-inflammatory meal plan? I just got diagnosed with temporal arteritis today and I am devastated. My Grandmother had it but I am younger than the average age for a women to get it. Sadly, the only options the doctors give are long term steroids or surgery. I am completely tore up over this since we are very natural. I am already digging into natural ways to hopefully heal it but if not, I have no other option. I know a diet to help me keep the inflammation down with help too. I am desperate to fix this naturally!
Go see a naturopath!!! I am seeing one for Lyme disease (an old infection and current) and babesia (the parasite you get from Deer ticks) as well as mold exposure. They will give you more options. Praying for solutions for you!
I love bee pollen in and on my smoothies. I’ve heard people call it nature’s multi vitamin. And that chicken looks amazing!! Must try the one. Thanks for sharing! 😘
I have been drinking the bee pollen smoothie every week since you posted this video! I either make it with chocolate/coffee or strawberry protein powder/extra coconut milk. I had never thought of adding cacao nibs to my smoothies (so good). Thank you for posting this :)
Very timely recipe! My daughter grew and recently harvested sooooo many tomatoes❤. I've got to figure out what to do with all these beef steak tomatoes.
I live in Michigan, and we are now just getting a bit of produce, asparagus. Soon though, we will have local produce I have really taken to heart your ideas of cooking/diet. My own nutritionist recommends eating whole foods. Healthy fats, protein and lots of veggies.
We absolutely love grilling! I actually just grilled some pork chops on the grill last night which I had never done that with them and it's definitely my favorite way to have them now. Thank you for the tip for the balsamic glaze, my family and I love balsamic glaze and I never knew you could use date syrup to make it I'm totally putting that in my thrive cart for my next order
Yay, more fellow grillers!! Grilled pork chops are fantastic, so underrated. You won’t believe the glaze it’s the easiest and soooo tasty…my older daughter took one bite and said “oh wow they’re gonna love this” 🤣
So jealous of your grill! (Or any grill!) Our home has no place to store a grill, can’t leave one outside because we live on the beach & salt corrodes everything. But you are the fresh food queen!! So…. I’d love to see some of your summer salad creations. Tomatoes, sweet corn, cukes, etc….. all the summer yummies. Bring it on!! (PS: gonna have to check out Thrive Market for sure! Thanks!)
Do you enjoy grilling?? I love anything that comes off the grill, such delicious food!! Enjoy the video! ❤
This is quickly becoming one of my favourite channels! Love the style of your videos and all of the recipes look so yummy, healthy and easy.
Is there a way you can show us your coop and run? I'm building a run, and it is my first time with chicken, so all information is welcome. Thank you.

What kind of clay did you say you got in your thrive haul? Thanks

Ahh perfect!! It’s that time, my tomato plants are flowering but no tomatoes to harvest just yet. This is one yummy use! 😋
Yum to all of the recipes in this video! Can’t wait to try them! 🤍

@@healthyelizabeth there is no other way to cook if it's over 60 degrees 😂😆🤗 so cute!
I have those same Lundberg rice stackers, so good. That last meal had my mouth watering
Small world! Do you like to put toppings on them? It’s so yummy 😊
@@healthyelizabeth Yes to the toppings although I enjoy them plain too.
