I'm the same, take my make up off and brush my teeth cannot go to bed without brushing my teeth. I've even gone as far as to floss and do interdental sticks despite being blackout drunk.
SAME hahahaha! Countless drunken nights, coming home and stumbling around my house trying not to wake my family at 3am while I brushed, flossed, and washed my face and feet in the bathroom, got into clean pjs and into bed in preparation for my hangover! Hahahaha
great tips, just a sidenote for people who use micerall water: don't forget to wash the micerall water off your skin, otherwise it can dry it out and cause skin issues

For all of my fellow vegans: instead of getting a silk pillow case, use bamboo sheets/pillow cases instead. bamboo is sooo soft silky! I get mine at home sense

I'm a midwife in the UK and just a little tip in regards to feminine hygiene for anyone...ph balanced specific feminine washes are a great alternative to harsh soaps if wanting to use a product, but it's also fine to wash with just water. We recommend that all women just wash their intimate area with water to reduce the chance of problems such as thrush and BV. Also great for keeping the area smelling fresher for longer, hope this helps someone. Great video xxx

Thank you for getting into such a unusual topic Valeria! I think there are still so many girls out there who go to sleep without taking their makeup off, especially if they are just wearing mascara. Which is awful! About oils for shaving: I don't think that clogged pores are really a problem for areas like the legs. Anyway, coconut oil and olive oil are on the same level about that. I know cause I researched a lot about the topic since I produce my own creams.
Following on from the makeup removal tip, when I go home from a night out, I always carry a small packet of makeup removal pads soaked in micellar water and if I'm on the train ride home/in a taxi/getting picked up by my parents I pull them out and remove my makeup then and there. Hence, when I get home I can just jump straight into bed (if I'm not too exhausted I might give my face a quick wash and moisturise it). I think this is something us ladies can do if we don't care about looking weird taking off our makeup in public 😂 Also congrats on baby #3! x

Definitely go for laser hair removal. I went to laser away in January, got a really good deal (I think it was good for a bundle pack of 8 sessions for my underarms, bikini, upper legs, and lower legs), and they offer financing so you can pay it off (0% interest) in 2 years. So as long as you have a steady job and have some surplus income, go for it.
Try to find ones with a small sillicone strap inside where the back of your heels are. The silicone sticks to your skin and doesnt let the socks slip to the middle of your sole. I have had a pair from Calzedonia for 2 years now and they still look like new
So many people are talking about "you need to take your makeup off before going to bed" No one is talking about "you have to brush your teeth every night before going to bed" The second is more important. Plaque is horrible, it kills your teeth, it's disgusting when you have teeth problems are those are hard to fix! Take care of your teeth everyone!

The only issue with pH balanced feminine washes is that every vagina has a slightly different pH. Annoying lmao.
