When you're in Pigeon Forge next month you should go to Outdoor Gravity Park and try Zorbing. You get inside those big inflatable balls and they roll you down and hill. I've never done it but it looks fun.
27:57 I went to Malabu Jack's, a chain of indoor theme parks in Kentucky, typically in former retail stores that closed. Louisville, KY is inside a former Walmart, Lexington, KY is in a former Kmart, Ashland, KY is in a former Sears store. I rode one of their motion simulators at their parks. The ride operator told me to crossbuck my arms to get the ride operator to stop if the motion simulators was too intense for me. But I am glad the motion simulator you went on has a stop button for the passengers.
I love how Charlotte says she's never been somewhere where the rides are all the same. She just doesn't give one, as long as she gets some rides 😂 This has to be the best theme park channel on TH-cam. Maybe the best TH-cam channel!
Thanks for taking us to the fair! The fairs over there are so much bigger than here in Maine, US. I do love the tagada, it makes me think of the old Coney island stories. Unfortunately, a ride like that will never be here in the states again, but I'd love to try one sometime!
Can't beat your on-ride footage. It looks extremely full-on regarding the extreme Rides. However, you always present each and every RIDE Experience, as being safe and satisfying, regardless, and, potentially, doable, for those of us, less adventuress. Loving each and every moment . Keep them coming. X
Went today!!!! Saw goats 🐐 in the May Day parade :) also those Waltzers were so vicious! Nothing like the ones at Alton towers 😂 nearly threw up haha. All round so so fun and strongly recommend it for anyone :)
Hey, went to Alton Towers today, and when going on all of the major coasters, the operators and other staff all had Sub Terra badges. I was thinking it was just from when it was still open and they just collected them, but you never know. I also saw some builders around the sub terra building, talking to staff. Also you've probably saw this, but the vehicle is gone from the sub terra site.
Another good one! Waahaaaaaay….Oooyyyyyy….. yeeeeee… that boundless enthusiasm through any weather must come and review… Beacholme …Cleethorpes… Beacholme… Cleethorpes….it’s a legendary place!! Yippee….Woooooooo…eeeeeee! We need you there… there’s an original ladybird ride too plus the open air swimming pool. Which is also legendary for the amount of chlorine it uses.. 3rd degree burn level!!! Yippppeeeee!!🤣🎢 I’ve decided to subscribe because I love the channel so much!
I used to love the Venturer Simulators... However, when I was a young lad, I was in line to ride one at Butlins in Ayr and one of the front hydraulics burst and the vehicle took a nose dive into the concrete... Luckily nobody was hurt and it was just a one-off, freak occurrence... but to this day the memory of it haunts me... I've never went near one since.
That ride with the cages Reminds me of the UFO that was at flamingo land in the 90s and I love this channel because Shawn and Charlotte have impeccable presenting skills and great camera operating and the fact that Charlotte says she doesn't like flats or intense rides she has the guts to go on for the crack of it 😅 and this is for the channel creators keep up with absolutely brilliant content
Charlotte on the Tagada as to be the funniest thing on your channel, bloody hilarious, im surprised shes not covered in bruises when she gets off the ride.....Well done Chatlotte a good sport as always x
Me and my sister watch every vlog (on both your channels) as i cant go on rides anymore due to a back problem the pov's are great just wish parks wouldn't stop you filming, keep up the great content and many thanks
I wish they could make the riding experience cheaper and cheerful it’s priceless watching You both as your cheesy funny humour are always hilarious 😆to watch on the rides especially the tagada spinning ride, Shawn how do you not get nauseous dizzy after those very intense fast rides, I could ride those when I was your age but now they look too intense for me however great footage of the on ride povs as always
Did you know theres a top spin coming to Hanley with the Funderpark at Forest Park Shaun?! Can't wait go myself ain't been on one since Ripsaw closed! Hope its the one here!!
The best sim was at Thorpe Park in the 80s and it was called Cinema 180, where you stood up in a massive room and saw the views from a plane to a sledge to a fire engine, but it felt like you were on them😊.Thorpe Park was a lot different then. Also I think the Red Arrows had ir have a sim 😊You 2 looked like you had great fun on all you went on, and the chips looked yummy😊
Excellent video Shawn and Charlotte from Knutsford May Day Fun Fair 2023! In this vlog we check out the ride lineup at the event for this year, along with taking you along on some of our favourites. This includes the Tagada, Oxygen, Top Spin and many more awesome rides. We also find a Motion Simulator with a very recognizable ride featured inside! keep the good videos coming on the channel, Shawn and Charlotte.
Saw some prep for my local fair-well it almost exclusively is about the horses now and never had many rides to begin with-just the staple merry-go-round, ferris wheel, and teacups (used to be apple-themed, but had a kiddie teacups last year). It runs from May 25-June 4, but its not worth deviating for as I'd assume your first park in the states is on 1st and landing at EWR on 5/31
Poor Charlotte on the Tagoda been thrown around & thanks for the tip when on oxygen you gave Shawn about looking straight ahead because I always get sick on rides like that but now I know what to do. I could even watch pov woohoo 🙌🏻 😂LOL thanks for great vid guys looks like you had fun can’t wait for your USA trip much love Lisa❤
Great vlog guys. That Booster certainly takes some guts to ride that, it’s not for me. Blue Fire on the motion simulator just fabulous. Shame the weather changed for you both.
I was concerned as to wether or not Charlotte was enjoying the Tagada or not but I’m glad she did. Also my mum experienced a ride like the last one at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and she said that her and my aunt were stuck up there for around 10 minutes or so. Hope you guys enjoyed your time at the fair!
Really nice vlog, really enjoyed and always look forward to future vlogs. Sad there were no coasters here like Pinball X or Wild Mouse as something like that would be epic in my opinion, but suppose its what it is at the end of day. But good vlog, really again enjoyed & look forward to next video. Cheers. 😀👍
Had to laugh at the beginning when you first went onto the ground. The hoop toss woman comes to Ilkeston Fair every year “Another lucky winner”,”only a £1” and “win IPhone,PlayStation” etc.I never saw anyone win anything like that in all the time I went to the fair.😂
You got off VERY lightly on TopSpin, he was ripping it to the max at KLM, to the point you literally couldn't figure out where you were as it was all just a blur at one point LoL
A Dutch showman tried to travel with a Helter Skelter slide for a year, but it did not pass the safety regulations in The Netherlands. (TUV). Also, super sad that Willy Ordelman (which apperently is still on the paybox of the Booster MaxXx) has exchanged a powerhouse Fabbri Booster MaxXx for a KMG Speed XXL (Airborne) without any force/power in it.
Good to see the travelling fair's are still on the go. They are incredibly hard working people. And you say that £8 for that ride is expensive, but the cost of fuel has increased, plus they have to pay for the pitch, the insurances, staff, travelling expenses, tax etc . Sadly, all these big theme parks have killed most of the travelling fairs .
Charlotte on the tageda was a joy to behold . Thank you 🙏
Incredible Ride Up, A lot of the UK's best machines in one place. Great to see the punters out supporting showmen.
Lol 2 tokens!

Sent some Aussie sunshine for you !!! Charlotte will have bruises tomorrow from the Tagada … so funny

9:52: I think this is more of a miniature train or car ride. Powered coasters have at least some pitch and speed change throughout the ride.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Great vlog guys… but I can’t stop thinking about Shaun saying ‘Cupa Chums’ for the Chupa Chups lolly truck on the kids ride! 😅
