- Raw Snowboarding run in the Berner Oberland with great weather and little snow. The view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau never gets old while riding this! Top section of the run was in great condition but alot of slush in the lower parts. Capita Mercury goes threw everything like butter.

I've just got a Capita Mercury this year and the first time I rode it it felt very different to any of other boards I have tried before. It is like it didn't want to turn at all specially at lower speeds. Also at medium speeds, I find hard to not do skidded turns, feels like I have to put a lot of energy to turn and many times results in too much I guess...
Any tips for riding it, is this a matter of getting use to how it rides? Did you feel anything like this at the beginning?
I've have been riding for 10+ year probably not the best technique but won't consider myself beginner.

Hey Dude, it took me a couple days to get used to the Mercury aswell especially the carving turns. I think it has to do with the shorter effective edge due to the flat sections in nose and tail.
Just keep riding and you will figure it out in no Time!
