In order for a death sentence to be handed out you either need to agree Out of character or High ranking staff/Management/Owner will force you to via a vote. Forced permas are rare. But still, any member/Manager/Owner who votes to perma another character against the players wishes, should be ashamed of themselves.
I saw it live, Leo's speech was wonderful, and Spaceboy and Bananaduck were hilarious as usual.
Also, kinda hoping for a Cuban Federale comeback, especially since Leo has had some character development
leo's speech was so amazing. I loved the whole sentencing stream, super enjoyable. God I hope Leo gets a chance to visit Harveys grave at some point and leave the hammer there, this whole thing is such an emotional arc

Funny to see that rp court does wrongful convictions, cause Mama was not the mastermind. Really show how shaky the evidence is cause it relies so much on witness testimony. It let's you get a surface look on how it might happen irl

I have understand why streamers have to constantly react and talk, to keep the audience focused and entertained. Put on the other half, it's so hard to find a video where it's just her testimony with very little interruption, I mean, space boy is funny as crap so is Vader and banana duck. But when they don't shut up during a court case that is a life or death situation, I do wish they would take it a tad bit more seriously in character. It's to a point where any type of emotional role play like this distraught Widow talking about the loss of her beloved husband it's just completely pointless. Because some streamers just don't respect emotion behind a role play. It's all about the silly goofy moments, or the wacky and the same characters you get to meet, or the silly stuff you can get up to. But this, the testimony by Veronica Westfield-Holden, that is the best roleplay I've seen in 3.0. If not out of everywhere I've ever seen...
The way she described it all, from going from just being friends eventually becoming more serious all the way to his loss and the milestones they were going to reach together, to the sound of the floorboard creaking and thinking that it might be your lost one coming home call, waiting for that phone call that the person is okay or waking up from something like a nightmare. Hoping that it was a dream. Being in shock even days and months after you've lost that person, that is good fucking quality roleplay. That's the type of god tier roleplay that banana duck constantly complains that there isn't enough of, as he's interrupting it. That's the type of shit that makes you feel the same emotions you felt all of those months or years ago.
The hurt, the loss, the pain, the sorrow, the emptiness, the Pointless hope for the impossible.
