Ever since you started working on your mental health, the quality of your videos skyrocketed. The confidence you bring to these videos is infectious, and it really makes the ASMR way tinglier.

while you're improving your mental health, i hope you know how much your videos help me get a handle on mine. this year i started suffering from anxiety attacks. no logical explanation, no specific triggering event .. just bam. human brains are weird like that. but your asmr videos are so calming and entertaining and i always look forward to seeing a new one posted. in between your new content, i revisit my favorite old ones. i think i've watched the medical check up one 50 times. the combo of the good sounds and the comedy of it can distract me every time! ty for all the work you do!

Those videos helped me have a night of sleep when I dreaded work the next day, and they helped me sleep when the nights were relaxed. Don't let that negativity chip away at you, from all the videos I have watched from you, I know you're a passionate asmrtist. Keep up the stellar work Raffy.
