@@TheCreateCraftJurassic well maybe not the paint but the sculpt is way more accurate than any of the old Hammond collection figures, also it has more colour variation on just the face and head than some of the Hammond collection figures do throughout their entire body, even though the rest of the body has not much paint
@@andysdinosaurreviewsoh Andy I wanted to ask if you also had any issues with the tail. I got mine today and the tail is loose-ish and idk if that’s normal or mine’s defective
@@andysdinosaurreviews I mean, idk really how to describe it. I’ll try to describe it the best I can. It’s taildoes move from side to side but it’s very sensitive, if the figure leans to the side, the tail immediately moves to the side
For the dinos with that spinning rotor for the play feature, I realize is not really meant to go full circle though it does. This adds to it being jerky. It is suppose to go one direction partially and then back again the way it came. That is my understanding of it. Try it.
Fun fact: this species made an appearance (under its _proper_ genus name of *Altispinax* ) in the 1984 _"Carnosaur"_ novel by John Brosnan (a.k.a. Harry Adam Knight). So with this, Megalosaurus, and Tarbosaurus from Mattel, one _can_ feasibly start to make a "Carnosaur" menagerie.
hope these start showing up soon, only chaos theory i've seen so far up here in Canada is the first wave of the roar attackers and a out of stock listing on are amazon for the Bajada.
I want this figure so bad but I cant justify paying more than the Hammond Giga. It looks so good and even if I never get it its hopefully a sign of more things to come in the future, as far as Sculpt and paint
You’ve done it again Andy…you’ve reduced my shelf space again!
🤣🤣 sorry!!!
I get the feeling that this figure is the MVP of the Chaos Theory toyline.
Becklespinax along with Mapusaurus and Bajadasaurus have been my favorite figures in recent years! They look super cool and unique!!! O.O
The Becklespinax 😮😮
Awesome review Andy!!
When will these toys appear in Walmart and target world wide?
We need a Super Colossal and Hammond version of the Becklespinax.
Well with that amazingly accurate sculpt and beautiful paint job this is already a basically Hammond collection quality figure minus the articulation
@@Dandidoo624no, just- no

@@TheCreateCraftJurassicwhy not?
@@AtrociCollector the paint would be higher in quality on an hc version. The figure is still beautiful tho
Invalid dinosaur name is one of the best new Mattel dinosaurs, how ironic 🤣
Jokes aside, this really is a gorgeous new toy though
Alright mattel give us a syntarsus
And an Agathaumas.
So Beckle is completely invalid or is he now part of another already known genus?
Yesss
Agreed! Easily in my top 10 favorite Mattel figures. The mold and colors are fantastic
This is almost Hammond Collection levels of detail and paint. The shows and games need to make into HC. So much potential!!
Agreed. I would LOVE to see a Hammond Collection version of this, but this one on its own is fantastic!
@@andysdinosaurreviewsoh Andy I wanted to ask if you also had any issues with the tail. I got mine today and the tail is loose-ish and idk if that’s normal or mine’s defective
@Greenthero mine definitely didn't have a loose tail. Sounds a bit defective. I was it REALLY loose? If so I'd try to exchange it for a different one.

I like your videos. I dont always agree with you but you are pretty humble which is something other reviewers lack
The scaly texture looks great
I found a price for it Andy
Nice how much was it ?😊

Amazing review as always👍
I really think this Becklespinax figure is a contender for Toy of the Year! 👊😎🍻
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😊
Awesome review I just got mine today 😅
Awesome !!
So cool!! I wish, I had one! I have to tell, that in the 7th episode of Chaos Theory, I saw not 1, but 2 Becklespinaxes. They're Brunnet and Blondie
I’ve seen this guy at target but I got the John Hammond theroasorce the one with the long nail claws very cool
*therizinosaurus
That’s my second favorite chaos theory toys. First being all out attack t.rex and second being the ruthless allosaurus which I got!
The teeth remind me of the Chaos Theory Majuna’s which were also surprisingly well done.
I really hope that the HC expands to the TV series's because these would be KILLER.
Where did you find it ive looked every where even ebay but im not spending 100 buck on a dinosaur
He literally said target

Where did you get that from😊❤
Probably walmart
It literally says target
I hope to pick this up soon since it is a very nice looking figure. I hope we can eventually gets its companion Blondie in the distant future.
WHERE DID YOU GET IT?
He says get it from target
This is most definitely one of the mainline’s best
I still have yet to see ANY of the new wave figures in any of the stores in my area.
I wanna save up for that for my birthday!!
This hits different!
🔥🔥🔥
Is this a hybrid
I need a Nanmu version of this one
Is this Theropod closely related to the Acrocanthosaurus?
Yes

Hey Andy don't you care if some of the paint will run off the bottom of the feet it will eventually happen
Its great, but would look way more natural and overall sleeker and better without these amargasaurus spikes on the neck.
It’s accurate to the show tho
Tfw I wish neck posability wasn't sacrificed for bite gimmicks
Wow
It kinda reminds of gorosaurus
It’s at Walmart guys
It says buy it at target
Also target
