Hey Lucy - Embrillance Essentials actually takes care of this for you! When the designs overlap the program removes duplicated stitches so you do not stitch over the same area - it is great!!

Julie Fairweather let me try to figure it out! When I first began I did not do a good job naming my files - I now try to name them using where they are from for future reference...
How do you send the design to your customer?
Does it stitch out what is underneath the picture or does it auto not stitch those that won’t be shown? How do you send the customer your mock up? Tia
Embrillance is smart and removes the overlapping stitches of a design. I do not generally send mock ups - they are normally buying the item from a real life picture so mock ups are not needed. Now if someone specially requests a mock up I don’t mind emailing them a screenshot of embrillance

when I put a design and then added a name and saved to my jump drive, when i put it in the machine and got to the name....it only showed one letter at a time instead of the entire name. I thought that was odd. I backed out.
Is embrilliance compatible with all types of embroidery machines?
Do you have to purchase the Embrilliance software (not use express mode) in order to be able to open designs, not just use lettering fonts?
Brad - I have not ever used the express mode - I researched heavily in the beginning and purchased Embrillance- it has not disappointed me yet after 4 years! Well worth the price!!

I try to add more than one design to Embriilliance Essentials and the first design added always disappears. What am I doing wrong?
Honestly I’m not sure! You should be able to add tons!
i can not just drag and drop designs, very frustrating. only works if I use the Open Design Files option. What am i doing wrong?
I'm not exactly sure what is going on with your program - I also do not navigate Apple computers well if that is what you are using - Are you dragging the PES files? Have you unzipped your files once you downloaded them?

Perfect, once the file is pulled from the zip file it will drag perfectly into the project. Thanks for replying.
