A good tip in Mario Super Sluggers is when you have a runner on first and a runner on third and you steal the person on 1st base then when the catcher throws the ball send the guy on 3rd base BUT make sure the runners are fast
This is one of the best games you guys have played. Fast runners plus weak arms is a great combination for scoring

when i was a kid playing the game i got a homer with purple toad and always used him on my team after that
Yeah the Toads are actually some of the best in this game.
I played this game so much as a kid and never realized anything about how deep this game gets. I just picked my favorite characters and demolished the AI on easy difficulty all the time. This is my new favorite channel
Great game! This game was the perfect example of why Yoshi is such a great character in this game even if he had some Tongue Catch trouble with the Star Swings.
Also, Power Team vs. Speed Team would be a great idea!
I think we did speed vs power a while back, maybe something similar for a future vid

Great match! Speedy characters are great for any team that need fast runners. I personally use the combination of Yoshi and Mario in the batting line up next to each other since they share chemistry and their star swings are super useful to score runs! Looking forward to your future content!

Video idea the best pitchers vs the best batters every pitcher has to pitch one inning and can not be changed until the inning is over and for the batters can only hit homers if they don’t they have to get out

A question - say the defending team has close play abilities and a close play sequence is triggered. Is the defending team able to use close play abilities? I feel like I've never seen it before. Also, I was really hoping for those train homers! I got my first one not long ago on the Day variant with Wiggler. Didn't record it but I had to pause for a moment in disbelief haha
Close play abilities are only for the runners
