It's a nice house still considering it is at least 10 years old by the looks of it? A little bit unfriendly for the seniors and kids with all the split levels having to go up and down the steps & stairs. If you would to buy this, definitely will be spending money on updating a lot of the dated designs/appliances/doors/windows/LIGHTS-LAMPS-Chandeliers? Overall, not a bad house!

Sa setup ng pool garden, relaxing and nature focus kasi hindi tanaw ang kapitbahay 👌 Medyo confined lang siguro kaya sana may maayos na airflow. 😊
Best part of the house actually. Plus may landscape sa may pool area, hindi yung may pool tapos wall fence na agad ang katabi. Maluwag din ang living area.

Nice house, but for me the layout is not so practical...actualy, I don't like the layout. And she only showed the stair leading to the dirty kitchen. The garden and pool are very nice.

She needs to work on her domain knowledge. Her descriptions are shallow, and not proper in-depth knowledge of what each elements are made of. To compensate for this, she has to wear some skimpy clothes.
