Very good question - this is a bit like the chicken and the egg, but it depends what you fall in love with first. Some people find the perfect floor plan, others prefer to find their dream piece of land and then search for a home design that fits it. My personal preference is to pick a home design first, then search for the land to fit it 🏠✨
