    As a really short guy, I think about this a lot. Some of my additional suggestions to the video:
    Hit the gym, you gotta have enough muscle to be able to hold your own against a guy who's frame is just bigger.
    Play smart. Your hockey IQ is separate from your height. You can work on playing smarter, anticipating plays better, and making fewer mistakes pound for pound with anyone.
    Agree on the compete, and if you can use it a slightly longer stick can help if thats your style. Lastly, agree on the point about positive mindset. I heard somewhere that small dogs don't realixe they're small when they see a big dog.
